The only campground inside Arches National Park, Devils Garden sits at the end of the main park road 18 miles from the entrance. 51 sites among red rock fins and slickrock. Loops E, F, and G are primitive sites almost nobody requests — no water, but complete solitude and the most dramatic slickrock settings. Sites E1 and E2 are surrounded by sandstone fins on three sides.

What are the best sites at Devils Garden Campground Arches? Sites 1–20 are the most sought-after — they have large boulders providing shade and privacy in a landscape with almost no trees. Sites 7, 10, 14, and 19 back up against red rock fins and feel the most remote. Sites 40+ are more open and exposed. The campground is at the end of the park road (18 miles from the entrance) and adjacent to the Devils Garden Trailhead — step out of your tent and onto the trail to Landscape Arch.

How do I get a reservation at Devils Garden Campground? Devils Garden is one of the hardest campground reservations in the National Park system to get.
