Small, lightly-used 11-site campground nestled in an aspen grove with French Creek running nearby, offering excellent privacy and a quiet experience. Multiple campers praised the peaceful, secluded setting and proximity to recreation like the Mickelson trail and Lower Tie Hack trailhead.
Wildlife alert: Moose (including Shiras Moose), Mule Deer, Yellow-bellied Marmot, Great Horned Owl, Red-tailed Hawk, and Mountain Bluebird present in area. Free-range cows also reported at campground.
