Common issues at Silver City RV Resort: Some sites have highway noise. Request a site on the interior of the park, away from the highway frontage. The park is large enough that interior sites are fully insulated from road noise. Full-service resort means it's not a wilderness experience. This is by design — Silver City is for RVers who want comfort and amenities, not solitude. Use it as a base camp for day trips to more remote areas.

We wound up spending over 9 months here taking advantage of their extended stay rates. BY FAR the best RV park choice anywhere in the Reno area. Clean, friendly, great amenities. The pond is stocked and relaxing. Will be back.
Narrow but can accommodate the largest RVs and trailers. One of the cleanest RV parks we've ever been in — clean, large restrooms and great showers. Pool and spa are excellent. Location in Carson Valley is perfect for day trips everywhere.
12 golf courses within 30 minutes. Ask the front desk for their golf discount card — saved us serious money. Staff are incredibly helpful and the dog park is fantastic. Our go-to base camp for exploring Northern Nevada.
Nice place but some sites get highway noise. Make sure to request a site away from the road. Otherwise facilities are excellent — pool, gym, store, all top notch.
